Automations are triggered messages, such as abandoned cart, review request, or customer win-back texts.

What can change the final cost?
- Longer text campaigns cost more per message. In general, your price rises for each additional 150 characters.
- Emojis, special characters, and personalizations will also increase per-message cost.
- Texts with images (MMS) are currently available in the United States and Canada and add $0.02 USD per message.
- The minimum charge for sending a text campaign is $1.00 USD.
- Automation charges are reserved before sending and refunded if the automation text fails to send.
